Coworker is looking to go, ad, Mom and 3 kids from 4-10.

Or should they look at a Mod that fits 5 already, which would be cheaper?

POR is great exactly because of that very reason. A standard room in AB will sleep 5 and is quite a bit cheaper than the value suites. Plus you get some of the extras since you are at a moderate resort.
