Ohana with 'children'

I've heard so many good reviews of ohana and would really like to try it. As wdw first-timers I'm unsure of the etiquette. It sounds like you get loads of food at ohana. Our DS is 12 and DD10, so not children in disney language. They're not picky, but don't have huge appetites so would it be acceptable to order 3 dinners to share between 4 (they would prefer this to ordering kids meals) or is that a NO NO?

'Ohana food is served family style, and is all you care to eat. So your kids can eat as much (or little) as they want. You are, however, charged per person and not per meal.

Sharing isn't allowed at any all you can eat restaurant. However they can at other places

Ok, thank you. I thought that would be the case. I guess, from reading all the reviews, ohana will be worth it. 😃

Yes Ohana is definitely worth it - you won't regret the experience! The food is delicious and the view is fabulous. It's just too bad you can't take the leftovers home!

We love 'Ohana too. I can *EAT*, but it is too much food! The kids love it, too. Unfortunately, we went on an off night the last time, and missed the kids' games all together.

Sorry, no sharing at 'Ohana, the charge there is per person, not per meal.

You can get "kids favorites" like mac and cheese, grilled cheese, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, etc., but will still pay the regular price.

Ohana is great, but if I had two kids your children's ages that didn't eat much I'm not sure I would go there since there will be charged as adults.
