All staterooms must be booked and deposit paid while onboard. Special cruises have seperate cancellation and deposit policies. Other discounts do not apply. This offer is limited to two staterooms on one future cruise date [per household sailing]. Any additional staterooms on the date booked onboard will only recieve the onboard credit portion of the offer. Additional sail dates can be booked onboard at the current prevailing rates. See disneycruise.com for applicable terms and conditions."
As noted, you are able to book B2B cruises with those two rooms as an exception. If you move the second date, that reservation will lose all OBB benefits.
Unless you have two different addresses, that is not possible with the current rules.
The rules do not reference this. They do say that you can get the OBC on any additional rooms booked for the same date that you received the full OBB benefits for. Since the OBB OBC and the Visa offer both require codes to activate them, you would only be able to use one since they can only enter one per reservation.

That wording is a bit confusing. I took it to mean a booking for a second date, but you may be right. Maybe it's referring to any cabin booked for the same date after the first two cabins.
