I purposely didn't read any of the other replies...
Tusker House.

I'm not a buffet person. I could even pass on a lot of the character stuff.
But I LOOOOOVE that buffet.

IMO it is the most unique breakfast option in all of WDW.
Others are good, but are simply variations on the "standards".
Stuffed french toast, puffed french toast, eggs benedict with lobster, eggs benedict with some other meat...etc etc.
Only at TH is there truly a UNIQUE selection of breakfast fare. Ok...I take that back...Boma offers much of the same and is a great alternative if you aren't planning an AK day or don't want characters.
I can already guess that a majority will say Kona (from years on this board), but unless you like sickly sweet french toast drenched in an even sweeter sauce, everything else is pretty much a breakfast platter from any normal run of the mill restaurant. They have good coffee.
I'm not a sweets eater so giant piles of sugary fried bread holds no appeal. That's just me.

(Now if you were talking about lunch or dinner I would have totally different opinions....)

For me it's a tie between Kona and Ohana. My reason is I crave the meals I ate there long after the trip has ended and I can't wait to go back.

Another vote for Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe. We usually do that the day we are leaving We also love the fancy pancakes at Grand Floridian. When we ate breakfast at GF in December on the morning of the parade taping, Whoopie Goldberg was sitting at the table behind us. Fun little perk!
