Kona Cafe at the Polynesian. The Samoan is the best! Smokey pulled pork served with poached egg and hollandaise. YUM!

As far as a sit down breakfast I would go with Kona Cafe. For a buffet breakfast I would choose Crystal Palace and Tusker House as my favorites. And for a quick service I would pick Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary for their waffles topped with caramel and bananas....INSANITY!! It truly is the stuff that dreams are made of.

We used to eat at Kona on every trip but decided to try Kouzzina on our last trip instead and loved it. We will be dining there again in March.

Crystal Palace for characters, Boma for non-character buffet (and it's friggin excellent), and Kona for table service. Boma would be my overall #1.

Kona if you don't care about characters. Tucker House if you want characters.

kona...real bacon and coffee in conjunction with a menu that's familiar enough to work for picky eaters but fun enough for the more adventurous.

I am so glad I read through this thread because based on the responses here, I see that I need to book a breakfast ADR for either Kona Cafe or O'Hana (or both!) on my trip this summer! We've never been to either one.

My vote is for Tusker House if you want to be in a park or 1900 Park Fare if you want to be out of a park (like how I get two votes that way?! ). Both are buffets with excellent selections and we have enjoyed the characters at them both as well.

Good luck deciding!

In order of all that we've tried, it's Boma, Kona, and Tuskerhouse....but the idea of of trying Kouzzina is really appealing to me so maybe our next trip.....!
