HELP - Sushi Options on DxDP?

For our upcoming honeymoon we decided to do DxDP. For food choices, my DFi has one request - lots of sushi! The problem is, I am getting mixed reviews on what is included, and what is not. I would love your help on the following restaurants :

1) Tokyo Dining - Is the Sushi list included on the DDP? If so, how many rolls can you get? 1 for Appetizer and 1 for Entree?

2) Teppan Edo - Is the Sushi considered an appetizer?

3) California Grill - Is the Sushi considered an appetizer?

4) Wolfgang Puck Cafe - Is the Sushi considered an appetizer?

HELP! Are there any other Sushi options I am missing?
Thank you in advance

I had read that at The California Grill the two sushi choices that are the most expensive are NOT included. The rest are...

I don't know this info first hand - just read it on here.

The only one I can answer is Tokyo Dining. There are 3 combination plates on their sushi menu that you can choose as your entree. We were not given the option to choose a roll as an entree. We were on the regular, not deluxe, plan so we didn't get an appetizer.

I read in sticky somewhere (maybe the dining plan subforum??) that at California Grill the Yoshi's Deluxe dinin platter and another sushi platter (something with snake- couldn't find it on the menu on allears.net) are considered entrees, so I guess the rest would be considered appetizers?

I will definitely ask at California Grill before ordering, ah I love their sushi.

I can only answer for Cali Grill - most of the sushi is considered an app, there is one or 2 that is considered an entree. There is also sushi at the Kona Cafe, I'm not exactly sure if that is on the plan but it is very good and pretty inexpensive.

I am on a Sushi quest myself. A year ago last January, Teppan Edo would not let you order ANY of the Sushi as an appetizer.

Another option - at Kona Cafe for dinner (not lunch), sushi from the sushi bar is included as an appetizer on the DxDP.

At Tokyo Dining there are two or three sushi combo plates that can ordered as an entree. No sushi for an app on the DxDP, just choices from the normal apps on the main menu.

There are two menus here, nothing is included from the sushi menu except for the sushi combo plates as an entree mentioned above. All other dining plan choices come from the regular menu, though some of the included plates have a few sushi pieces on them, generic ones, nothing special.

Thank you to all! We have options at the Cali Grill and Tokyo Dining. At Tokyo Dining we were able to get the Bento Box.

I got the spicy kazan roll at CG as an appetizer on the DxDP last year, and it was easily one of the best things I've ever had at WDW. And as for the size, it could have easily been an entree. Not sure we'll be doing the deluxe plan again anytime soon, but it was sure fun to try to eat all the food you get!

For what it's worth, the menus that I'm seeing online for CG now are put together differently than when we ate there. I would have sworn that sushi either had its own menu section or was included in the appetizer section...but now they are all shown in the entree section. Given the changes they are making to the restaurant itself (you might also want to confirm that it will be open when you are there if in the next several months), if you haven't actually confirmed with the restaurant that some of the sushi still counts as an entree, I would try to talk to Disney directly just to confirm. There are no lack of selections to keep you happy at CG -- sushi or not -- but you'd hate to show up expecting one thing and be told that it has changed.
