partial week at Bonnet Creek - The DIS Discussion Forums

Not sure if you can only book 4 days or do you have to stay a full week. Looking for 4 nights in a 2 br last week in April. Who would be best to book through? Thanks for any advice- have never stayed here before but reviews and pictures look so good.

We've stayed for as little as two nights at Bonnet Creek in the past, so no need to book for a week. But, for many owners the booking fees are less for a longer stay, so shorter stays sometimes result in a more costly nightly rate.

We've rented from Ken and Denise at VacationUpgrades all three times we've stayed at Bonnet Creek. You might also look into vacationstrategy as many DISers have had good experiences with them too.

You can try ebay - I've seen them offering part weeks in the past.

Late April is Value Season at Bonnet Creek. During Value Season, the only requirement is that you have two (or more) consecutive nights.

During Prime Season (roughly: Mid-February to Mid-April, early June through late August, and Christmas/New Years) you must book stays of 3, 4, or 7 nights, beginning or ending on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. You can compose two or more of them, as long as each individually meets the rule. There is a slight chance you'd have to move at the "borders" when you compose reservations, but I don't think it happens often enough to worry about.

I rented a three night stay from Aaron Washburn for our October trip and he was wonderful! I would highly recommend him!!!

This part is absolutely correct -- straight off the Wyndham owner's site.

This part is Brian's opinion, and I agree with him.

Also, in Value Season, they say two nights minimum, but the real-world is you can often get a single night.

Sometimes a particular unit is taken for two reservations of 3 nights each, creating a single-night "orphan," which can be had. The only way to know that for sure is to try it, but I've done it at WBC successfully.

And, to clarify: having to move doesn't happen too often *at Bonnet Creek.* At other Wyndham locations, it is less certain.

Thanks all- just booked thru Vacation Strategy and got a 2 br deluxe for 4 nights the last week in April. I was told to call 24-48 hours in advance of our arrival for any requests. So we are a family of 4 with 2 teens that love swimming. We have been to Disney several times and won't be going commando-style this trip. We want to spend some downtime at the resort. What should I ask for? What building? How high? Any view recommendations? And we will have a car so I was wondering if parking is a problem also.

Appreciate any input-thanks!

There is ample parking, however, if you go out for dinner and come back later in the evening, you may have trouble finding a spot close to your own building. Having said that, the buildings are close enough where it really shouldn't make that much of a difference.

You can get Epcot views, from the higher floors of Tower 6 I believe. Maybe someone can correct me on that.

As for pools, we like the main pool cause it's a salt water pool, it's cost different depth levels and my wife says it's sooooo much nicer on her hair
