AofA night before DCL cruise...
Next month, we're booked for one night in the Little Mermaid section of the AofA resort prior to a DCL Fantasy cruise; we're doing a DCL transfer to the port.
A couple of Qs if you've done this: --Was the transfer information readily available to you at check-in or that evening? --About what time were you picked up by the DCL bus? Other stops? About what time did you arrive at the pier? --Did you have to schlep your bags over to the lobby/DCL bus pick-up or did they pick them up at your room? Thanks |

In May we stayed one night at ASMu before our Dream cruise and to answer your questions ... - Yes the info for DME was available at check in.. They leave official tickets and luggage tags in your room later that night. - We were picked up at about 1pm from the lobby, you will likely be one of many families being picked up. The bus did also stop at other resorts on the way. It took about 90 minutes to port once we were on our way. -You can call bell services to take your bags. You do wait with them in the lobby for the bus , but once you board the bus you are all set, the next time you will see your luggage is in your stateroom. I suggest keeping a small bag with you for camera, bathing suits etc.. anything you might need before accessing your stateroom. You will board the ship with enough time to grab lunch on board and check out your room before heading on deck for muster drills and then your sail away party! ![]() Hope I helped.
