I have always preferred end of November, beginning of December. I have considered a January trip.

we have only been in april or for spring break, but we are trying MAy for the first time this year. April 2011 seemed pretty busy but we had fun and worked around the crowds pretty well. The weather was hot but we liked it. Mi summers can be very humid, so that didn't really bother us...

DW and I really like Sept. Low DVC points, low crowds, warm weather for pools. Our second choice is March/April time frame.

How do you like the not so scary Halloween party?

Early December was amazing. Low crowds, warm enough to swim and go to water parks, Christmas festivities!

We like May - manageable crowds, nice weather not too humid, decent flight/accom prices etc but want to try October/November next so we can experience MNSSHP and MVMCP

I think is cold then
We were there in January, and it was 78-80 degrees. One night was even very humid. We went swimming every day except for one.

I'm confused why you asked what the best month to go was, and then when posters answer your question, you say it's too cold. Just struck me as funny.

I really enjoyed going at the beginning of December. I loved being able to enjoy the Christmas decorations. It wasn't so crowded. The weather was cold on some days but then there were nice days as well, we even got to wear shorts on some days.
