January Exercise Challenge!
Ok everyone... It's that time of year: get on your workout gear and get moving! Some of you may be finishing up or starting up training plans for races and some of you may be dedicated regular exercises. Some of you may be just starting out, ready to take on the new year with new resolutions. Whatever your situation, this thread is for you. Full of supportive yogis, runners, WERQers, and anything else imaginable- we're all here because we love Disney and we want to be healthy.
------------------ So post your goal for January (x minutes of exercise) and then post as frequently as you like. I'll update this post throughout the month to show your progress. Please tell me how many minutes you have completed along with your goal for the challenge. For example, "45 min run yesterday brings me to 45/800". As you reach milestones for the month, your name and total will change color in this post: At 15% you'll be bright pink At 25% you'll be orange At 50% you'll be purple At 75% you'll be turquoise At 90% you'll be red (because you'll be on fire!) And at 100% you'll be WISH green!  Here we go! I'm torn with how many minutes to make my goal. I have the marathon but also a 10 day vacation. I guess those will kind of even out.
