Stand-by line for certain attractions

We are going during a slow time when the lines for all attractions(except TSM & Soarin)are 10-20minutes at the most.

If you were going during this time, which attractions would you skip the FP option(even if it was conveniant to get one) because you miss too much of the attraction experience by going through FP line.

EE springs quickly to mind -- definitely more to see in the stand-by line than the FP one. Generally speaking, I'd say that newer attractions offer more distinction between the two lines, and older (original or longtime) ones don't....

Test Track for sure. If you ride FP or single rider you don't get the experience of designing your own car and seeing how it performs. Love the queue at Stars Wars, too. You can see most of it from FP, but not all.
