Has anyone done the Pirates and Pals Wishes Cruise?

I know it's mainly for kids but I adore Peter Pan and the idea of seing Wishes from a small cruise appeals. Is it definately mainly for kids or could a couple go along? Anyone done it? Opinions?

It's not as good as the illuminations cruise. It's too far from the fireworks for a good view. Entertainment is geared many for small kids
Ms. Jobson, no one in Africa calls them Thomson's gazelles. They are tommies! tommies!

I do have a small child (we did this just before he turned 5) - but we had a GREAT time. I haven't done any of the other cruises, but this was just so. much. fun. I would likely do it even without my son along - though I don't anticipate any kid-free trips until he's grown

Took my son last year. Go for it. Saw fireworks and the water parade (can't recall the name of that though). You meet Hook and Smee before, and Pan afterwards. And I think there was more than one or two "kid-less" couples there. It is geared for the kids, but adults had fun too.

We did this last year with 4 children ages 9,8,7,&5. The three oldest are boys. All the children loved it. We also saw many families there with teenagers and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

I thought the view of wishes was amazing and it was nice to watch without the crowd issue.

We did this with kids and there were childless couples. Do it, it was so much fun! Although the treat options now aren't as good as a couple blogs mentioed they were a few years ago. Still a good time though!
