Wine question

We are all big wine drinkers, so we plan to buy wine in miami before boarding. I understand it is for consumption in the room or in the dining rooms if you pay corkage. Can you start a bottle in your room and then bring the bottle into the dining room? I understand I may be charged corkage, but just seeing if this is ok or not, if others have done this and been charged or not, etc.

I get glasses from one of the bars, pour it in my room & take the glass of wine to dinner in the MDR or Palo. On 2 of our 7 cruises, our stateroom attendant has left us clean glasses saving us a trip to the bar

Disney says the alcohol is to be consumed in your stateroom. You should not be taking it into the dining room or pool area or any public area.

If you pay the corkage fee it should not be a problem.
