Hi everyone and to yet another trip report by me, wdwgirl03!

It is hard to believe I've been home almost a week now and like most DISers, already miss it (hence the above photo). Since I won't be going back to Disney World until December (though it is very tempting to try to plan a quick trip in the summer...yeah, that won't happen ), the next best thing is to write a trip report! I really enjoy reading other people's reports and have done quite a few of them myself now to relive and share those awesome Disney memories. But enough of the rambling...

If you have not read any of my TRs before, I'm Sarah, a 28-year old teacher and Disney fanatic. I've been going to WDW since 1991 and the more I go, the more I love it. My Disney favorites are Soarin, the Polynesian, Saratoga Springs, Tinkerbell, Rapunzel (and Flynn Rider!), and of course, Mickey Mouse!

Because I'm a teacher, I can usually only go to WDW over school vacations, like spring break. This was my fourth year in a row going during that time. I know that a lot of people have no desire to go during peak seasons but I think I've gotten used to the crowds after all these trips. The dates for this trip were April 1-7, 2013.

Joining me on this trip were my dad (we have taken a couple trips to WDW together, and also one trip to Disneyland) and my sister Emma, who is doing her second College Program.



As for our resort, we stayed at Bay Lake Tower in a theme park view studio. As I mentioned in my PTR (link is in my signature if you want to check that out!), my family joined the Disney Vacation Club in 2006. Ever since we joined, it has been my mission to stay at each and every DVC resort and on this trip I completed that mission! (well...atleast until the Grand Floridian Villas are done-then I'll have to stay there!). We were so lucky to be able to look out our window every day and see this:



Pretty awesome, right?! That's where the title for this trip report came from. There were a couple of times when my dad said how we were so close to Space Mountain that you could spit on it (not that anyone would actually want to do that. And hopefully my dad doesn't hate me for using that as the title!). How close were we exactly? Well, one afternoon when we were out on the balcony Emma was checking her wait times app and it lists attractions near you and it said that Space Mountain was 400 feet away. And there will be plenty of more pictures of that view throughout this trip report!

I can't wait to stay at the G-Flo, too, when it is done. We have one resort left - Beach Club - and we are staying there in September. But BLT was amazing as you well know.

I'm here!!! My goal is to sail on all four ships. I want to complete this before the end of 2014...and then if the rumor is true, we will have two more entering service. New goal will come about then.
