Sold out cruise - do they open up?
A friend decided to book a 3 day Disney cruise for next month today. It was available yesterday in 3 categories however today when she went to book it the cruise was sold out. She is within the 30 day mark so I was just wondering what the likelyhood of a stateroom opening up?

Did you call to find out that it was sold out or just look on line and not see it? Because cruises are pulled sometimes while inventory control works on room assignments for GTY cabins, etc.
And yes, people may always cancel so any cruise can open up at any time. |

I agree....Call and ask. I called once when I wanted to book a cruise that showed up online as sold out. A supervisor cleared the "cache" and I had several categories to choose from.

Thanks for the responses.
She did call tonight and they told her it was sold out but I told her to call again tomorrow just to be safe. Hope it works out for them.

Oh yeah we are on that sailing they offered a heavy Florida resident rate and that sold out in 2 days.

Update - My friend was able to book an inside cabin (10A) this morning as one must have come open because there was nothing available after she booked it. She is happy and her DD will be excited when she gets home from school today!
