I am desperately looking for a monorail switch station for my daughter's birthday, but I can't do the $250-$300 that they are going for on ebay!!!

Any ideas where I can find one cheaper? thanks!!!

The switching station is the rarest out of production track-related monorail item, which is why you are seeing those three-figure prices on ebay. Anyone with one looking to sell it is going to at least check on eBay to see what the going market prices are before either listing it there or (much less likely) selling it "locally" through sources like Craigslist. So unfortunately, no, there no place you are going to find a deal on one.
