Winter blues!
Its evident in 12 pages of bath towel discussions that January and February are the toughest part of the year for many of us. When March arrives, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Wanted to pass along something to help everyone cope through the next couple months.

Love it!! Winter sucks!! But it helps me to get outside on relatively warm winter days, so I'm going to try to go for a walk or jog in this next warm week.

I hate winter, too. And I live on the Gulf Coast where we don't even really have winter.
![]() The thoughts of my Spring Break Disneyland vacation keep me going through January and February. Last year I bought a special light from Amazon to helps with the lack of sun.

I'm from MD too, and I struggle a lot with winter. DH finally allowed me to book a short Disney trip last week for the end of Feb. It helps to know there's a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm taking my youngest son. Surprising him tomorrow with the news

You're in the right place! I wish I could enjoy winter. I hate the dry skin, dirty snow, cold, ice, wind, sickness and darkness. It would be a lot cheaper if I could get over it .

It's barely started! This is my first winter in 3 years so I'm enjoying wearing my snow boots and wool jacket. No complaints here (but ask me again in a month)

May I ask what beach that is? It looks a bit like a beach in the Seychelles I once visited.
I hate winter, especially when there's noteven snow, just wet, cold and grey outside. We got a lamp that simulates sunlight, I really should give that a try, and. of course, our Disney cruise that's coming up in 24 days will help, too .

Although autumn is my favorite season, I will take winter over hot, humid summers anyday.

as far as seasons they all go by so fast anyway. i try to enjoy them for what they are i guess. i love spring for its beauty, summer for the pool and cookouts, fall for the crisp, cool nights and winter for the coziness and fireplace time.

I was just telling DH last night that I feel like I'm walking around under a dark cloud. I guess the post-holiday blues are in full effect!

That's why DH and I generally take a vacation in January, to escape the cold Michigan winter.

I know! I couldn't believe I was already sick of it on the official first day of winter . I think I will eventually plan the bulk of our vacation time for winter. It may even make me like winter, a little bit .
