Rose and Crown, can we eat in the bar section?
It always seems like everyone is having so much fun in there! We have ADR's next month ( myself and two older teens) Can we request a table and have dinner in the bar or pub area?

The pub and dining room are treated as 2 separate venues. You can walk into the pub (no ADRs) and order from what's on its limited menu.
If you have an ADR for the dining room you will be seated in the dining room and order from the dining room menu. You wouldn't be able to sit in the pub and order from the dining room menu. The area just inside the door of the dining room is the closest to the pub. There are several tables there where you can see what's going on in the pub so you could ask to be seated there.

You can only order a few things from the bar menu- usually the Scotch egg, Fish & Chips, English bulldog and the cheese plate. And the tables are first come first served, so at busy times it's really hard to find a seat. If you want to do it, I would try getting there early and have lunch instead.

1) Short answer -
. . . no 2) Long answer - . . . you can eat Rose & Crown Pub food . . . you can bring fish-n-chips from Yorkshire into the Pub . . . you cannot order Rose & Crown Restaurant food 3) Also, . . . you cannot make ADR's . . . if you want to sit, you must wait for an empty table . . . if you see a table, jump fast, there are only four * . . . otherwise, there are four stand-up tables or stand at the bar * two tables for 4-persons and four 2-person tables pushed together
