Your #1 Signature Restaurant

What is your first choice for a signature restaurant while on the DDP, and Why??

I didn't vote because we have two favorites. For us, it's a tie between Artist Point and Yachtsman Steakhouse. We had awesome filet at both places and loved the atmosphere of both and would have a hard time deciding between the two if we could only choose one.

You left off Victoria & Albert's. Anyway voted for Narcoossee's for the lobster and filet. It is one of the few restaurants you can see Wishes from and it is on the marina adding another more romantic and unique touch.

On that list, we've only done Le Cellier and Artist Point. I voted for Artist Point because for me, Artist Point gave us a great meal and elegant atmosphere. Here was my filet.

While we absolutely LOVE Le Cellier, I never think of it as a signature dining experience. It's pretty loud in there and family oriented, which is great because our kids love it there too. But, when I think signature, I think of places that DH and I can go for date night....and AP offered a perfect experience for us.

On our upcoming trip in April, we have a date night ADR for Yachtsman, and I can't wait!!!

I know. It is not on the dining plan and I specifically want places that are on the DDP.

Been to all.

I voted for Narcoosee's for the lobster.
Fulton's Crab House (not on your list and not sure about DP) is second for King Crab Claws.
Jiko is third for filet and ambiance.

I have not tried V&A or the dining at S&D. We start there this year at Shula's.

Our favorite Signature restaurant is California Grill hands down. We always make a point to go there at least once each trip (sometimes twice a trip), you know we have been there many times when we have waiters and the managers who knows our names. The sushi and the Oak Fired filet is awesome and you just cannot beat the view of MK plus watching wishes up there with a glass of wine is just magical .

Our other favorite Signature restaurants include Narcoossee's, Yachtsman's Steakhouse, and Artist Point.

We'vve been to all of them, although not to the Bistro since it became Monsieur Paul. We have a res there for our trip in March.

My 2 favorites are Cali Grill and Narcoossee's. Both have equally good food, service and atmosphere. Both have excellent fireworks viewing areas. It was hard to choose between them, but ultimately I chose Narcoossee's for the whole lobster.

Narcoossee's has delicious whole lobster always perfectly prepared. Also excellent steaks, crabcakes and calamari. The almond crusted cheesecake is my favorite DW dessert.

Everything we've tried on the Cali Grill menu has been excellent - steaks, scallops, sushi. Presentations have been creative and always fun to see.

Rounding out my top 5 would be
-Le Cellier (outstanding bone in rib eye steak)
-Flying Fish (potato wrapped snapper and whimsical decor)
-Artist Point (buffalo and salmon and atmosphere)

Tough because I have a few favorites but I will have to go with Fultons because it was the best filet I have ever had. w. crab bernaisse

But also really enjoy Jiko, Yachstmen, Narcosses and Artist Point

Oops. Fultons not on vote....went with Jiko then.

Fulton's and Narcoosee's are both favorites, but California Grill is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. You have to go there during wishes though do you can see from the observation deck- it is incredible. I cried like a baby!

We've tried all of these except Citricos and Flying Fish. During our most recent trip in September 2012 Jiko and HBD were highlights and were better than any of the rest on your list.

Many Dis-ers love Cali Grill. We went once or twice in the 90s and my family didn't like it at all. I finally convinced them we needed to try it again about 3 years ago and...we didn't like it.
