So many questions!!!

My absolutely fantastic husband just told me what my 30th birthday present will be! Three weeks in WDW with all the tickrts for Universal AND Disney included! We're not actually going on my birthday because DH wanted to do the Star Wars weekends. Now, I've got to plan so we can do all we want to do.

Does anyone know:

Where I can get opening/closing times for the parks for June 2013?

Which parks have fireworks and when they are (including Universal, IOA and Seaworld)?

Which restaurant can you eat and watch Wishes from?

Does the Star Wars weekend have it's own fireworks?

Are there any major things that will be closed in June?

As DH is a Disney Virgin, is there anything I can do for him to make his time extra special?

Any help would be appreciated. So excited!!!!:-) :-) :-)

You can go to the Disney World website to review park hours and fireworks dates & times or you can look at one of the TA calendars like this one: calendar. I am sure there is one for Universal, but as I've never vistied there, I wouldn't know where to look.

See above

Which restaurant can you eat and watch Wishes from?
Hmmm....you could do the Wishes dessert party for the best viewing. I don't believe there is another restaurant to watch Wishes from.

Does the Star Wars weekend have it's own fireworks?
DHS does not have nightly fireworks, so they do not have special ones for Star Wars weekends. However, there is a lot else to do and see.

Again, you can check the Disney website for closures.

As DH is a Disney Virgin, is there anything I can do for him to make his time extra special?
You can get him a 1st Visit button and just let him soak up WDW!

Any help would be appreciated. So excited!!!!:-) :-) :-)
Hope this helps!!!

Click on the parks and travel and select the park you want - the park hours are there for June.

And just in case you fancy Seaworld or Busch Gardens etc

http://seaworldparks.com/seaworld-orlando/

I would also suggest purchasing the Brits Guide to Orlando - it's chock full of information.

Hope you have a fabby time - we're there for three weeks in October

You can watch Wishes from California Grill but it will still be closed for renovation this summer. The Poly beach is another option (dinner at Kona or O'hana then walk down to the beach). As PP said, the dessert party is an option as well.

There are no fireworks in DHS (except for NYE & Fantasmic) so no fireworks associated with SWW. http://www.studioscentral.com/ is a good site to keep an eye on for SWW info as it develops.

Rehab info can be found here http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/rehab.htm

Times for Wishes will vary based on park hours. Illuminations is held at 9p every night.

Smile

You can watch Wishes from Ohana at the Polynesian Resort. Ask for a table in the back by the windows. They even pipe in the music!

The Grand Floridian also has a restaurant you can watch Wishes from.

No major attractions will be closed in peak season usually.

I think you may already know this but, wanted to add that there is really only one real Fireworks show at WDW and its Wishes.

Illuminations has a few higher ones but its mostly low to the water and Fantasmic has less.

Also if you are asking about seeing Wishes in a restaurant in the Magic Kingdom there really isn't one.
