If using Disney Transport what time does bus leave port for Resort ?

We are thinking of doing a 4 night Poly/4 night Dream/4 night BeachClub split stay in Sept (still stressing about weather after reading the stories from those who came through that terrible storm) Last year we did a GF/BC/4 night dream stay in May. Last time we lost a lot of the 1st day because we didn't arrive the port until 2:00pm is that normal ? I was wondering if we would loose that much time on the way back to the resort after the Cruise ? What time do buses depart from Port ? Also does anyone know if we end up doing BC/4 night Dream/BC if they resort will hold our luggage for when we return ? We fly SW so no Checking at luggage at port and it being sent to airport, last time we took a private transfer which I didn't like. With 3 small kids I like not having to deal with our luggage much, and at the end of our vacation I can check luggage at resort to send airport and not have to deal with it until we are back at our home airport !

You are going to lose a lot of time making bus runs from MCO to Poly, Poly to port, port to Beach Club, Beach Club to MCO.

Yes, normal arrival from the resorts is about 1:30-2:00 regardless of which resort you are at. On the other direction, there are multiple bus runs--each bus leaves when it is reasonably full and goes to 3 resorts. DO NOT get on the last bus; we once had to go to 6 resorts (groan). Essentially you lose 1/2 day with the transfers to and from the cruise terminal.

My suggestion--do WDW either before or after the cruise, but not both.
