We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Rose & Crown! We actually prefer lunch there--it's very peaceful sitting outside and the view is fantasic.

We also really enjoyed Via Napoli and Teppan Edo.

Teppan Edo

Have you ever taken your kids to a Hibachi restaurant? It is very fun to watch them prepare all the food on the table in front of you, and they do some cute little tricks and stuff. And the food is good. My vote is for Teppan Edo

We loved Teppan Edo. The kids really enjoyed it and loved the food. We will definitely be going back!

The thing with Teppan Edo is that we have several hibachi places around the corner from us. So I'm kind of hesitant to go to WDW and eat hibachi. However, kids love it so I'm thinking maybe. Does Teppan Edo do anything "special" or "different" for those that live near hibachi?

Also what about Tokyo Dining -- its in Japan so its Japanese food correct? Is it a table service? Idon't see much mentioned about it on here. Though admittedly I'm just back from a big break!

Epcot
Garden Grill Maybe? We only ate there once back about 5 years ago or so. Food was pretty good and I've heard good things about it.
Via Napoli Good food, but not my first top choices!
San Angel Inn NO!! NO!!! NO!!! and ABSOLUTELY NOT. Atmosphere is great there, food is not great...if you've ever eaten at a local mex. restaurant- you'll be dissapointed with the food here!
Nine Dragons China
Restaurant Marakesh Morocco
Rose and Crown United Kingdom We LOVE Rose and Crown. Maybe my 3rd or 4th Favorite. I've even learned to make (at home) two of the meals they offer.
Teppan Edo Japan Good food, fun and great service...but we also live close to the same types of restaurants around here, and it's not different enough to call it "Disney special"...We enjoy Japaneese food greatly, but we like to do different things at Epcot
Tokyo Dining - Japan

counter service
Katsura Grill Japan counter service) We've eaten there twice and liked it. Good food, nice size portions.
Liberty Inn America (counter service) We would not go to Epcot with ALL of the options of great other food that we can't find elsewhere around where we live and choose to eat American food, so I would never eat there nor would I tell anyone to! Plenty of this type of food all over at other parks in Disney!
Rose and Crown Pub United Kingdom (counter service) Never done CS here, but they have good food at TS, so I'd bet it's good for CS too!Tangeriene Cafι Morocco (counter service) YUCK. I vote NO on this one too!

What about sunshine seasons for CS? We LOVE sunshine seasons!!! There are a bunch of different food options, the desserts are amazing there and everyone could choose different types of food with out having to wonder around to different CS places. Maybe you've already eaten there? So, maybe that's why it wasn't on your list, but it's AMAZING for CS!!!

And for another TS our favorite meal/experiance is biergarden (spelling???) We really have gotten WONDERFUL service, a GREAT show and a lot of REALLY GOOD food there!

LOVE Via Napoli!!! We were surprised at how good it is. It even made the must do list for our April trip!

Via Napoli is excellent -- and this is coming from somebody who literally eats pizza for a living. We love the sangria, too. And the desserts.

Right now I'm thinking:

Via Napoli
Garden Grill (who can resist Chip & Dale?)
Rose & Crown (table service)

We will hit Katsura counter service for sure! We love Japanese food

Nothing special about Teppan Edo, actually when my family went we were disappointed as it seemed like our chef was either a trainee or drunk. He dropped cooking utensils more than 5 times and did not do any of the tricks we saw going on at other cooking stations. Food was cooked to order and seasoned well, but nothing we can't get closer to home.

I tend to ignore the EPCOT restaurants since they have such mixed reviews, but I really did enjoy the Tangeriene Cafe. We actually ended up eating there twice. I'd give it a try!

We go to Via Napoli every time and love it. We also tried Garden Grill last time and it is now a must do on our list. Food was good and we got a ton of character interaction.

What I like about Teppan is that it doesn't come with rice like ours around here they cook noodles on the grill.
