Counter service question
Can all CS restaurants accomodate dietary restrictions or is it only certain ones in the parks? Thanks

Much depends on what is the dietary restriction and how commonly that concern occurs in the general public. The CS locations provide a book where you can read about the ingredients and you can talk with the manager before ordering, but they generally don't custom prepare meals. The individual snack carts are less likely to be able to accommodate diet needs than a restaurant serving meals. TS locations are much better equiped to provide for dietary needs than CS - again, somewhat dependant upon the restriction.

WDW Special Dietary Needs
The above link is for information on WDW's site. In the "Table-Services Locations" section, the list what WDW considers "Common Food Allergies". Then if you go to the "Quick-Service Locations" towards the bottom of the page, they indicate which locations should be able to accommodate them. AK and Epcot have the least listed as there are many non-WDW owned locations.

If for example you can't have dairy, ask to substitute a water bottle for dessert. Most will do it, but sometimes you get a cranky old lady that would refuse - if so ask for a manager...
