Best buffet or sit down breakfast outside of the parks?

Looking for recommendations for a terrific breakfast (food) outside the parks. Thanks for your help.

Resorts we have eaten and liked are:

Boma breakfast buffet
OKW Olivia's very good sit down
Whispering Canyon
Wolfgang Puck Express was a great surprise, cornflake french toast yummo
Cape May Clambake characters
Captains Grille tried for first time this vacation a very nice buffet or you can order al carte. And quiet.
Grand Fla was a good buffet just too loud, wouldnt return for that reason.
Our quick grab and go favorite is Earl of Sandwich, ham and swiss!!

Woud like to try in future trips Kona, Kouzzina and Grand Fla. Cafe

My vote goes to Kona Cafe try either the Macadamia Nut Pancackes and/or the Tonga Toast

Our 2 favorites are Grand Floridian Cafe and Captains Grill. The Lobster Eggs Benedict and citrus pancakes at Grand Floridian are both amazing. The buffet at Captains grill was on the small side but had more gourmet items them most Disney Buffets. You can also get eggs to order as part of the buffet. The best thing is both restaurants are quiet and relaxing.

Love Boma or Whispering Canyon. Boma buffet with traditional and African inspired dishes. If you go get the carved ham and there is a glaze that is served with it, delicious.

Another fav WCC AYCE skillet is awesome. Mickey waffles, bacon, sausage, sausage gravy biscuits, eggs, and potatoes. I think it's around $16 not bad for Disney prices.

It really is a "Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow".
