Ohana ADR booked online. How hard to get a good seat for Wishes?

I just booked an ADR for Ohana on 3/9 at 9:15 pm. I'm wondering how hard it is to get a good table for Wishes? Should I call before hand or just ask the staff when we show up? Thanks for any info!

It won't help at all to call. They can't promise you when you check in, but they will try. It just comes down to what tables come open. However, we have been lucky with the late reservations and gotten a great view. In any case, people do walk around to get a better view so you can do that if you don't get a table with a great one.

You'll get whatever table is available; they don't take special requests for particular seats or "seats with a view of wishes". They do tend to fill up the seats by the windows, even if the rest of the restaurant is empty, so you can expect to get the "best" table available, with your late night reservation.

There aren't that may tables in the restaurant that actually have a good view of wishes, so don't count on being able to sit in whatever seat you're given and expect to see the fireworks. People do get up and walk over to the window areas. If you do happen to be seated in one of the better seats, you can expect to have a dozen strangers hovering nearby to watch over your shoulder.

Keep in mind that if the weather is bad - it won't matter where you're seated. We were there on Friday 1/4 expecting to see the fireworks. It was rainy with low clouds - we HEARD fireworks. Just goes to show you - best laid plans...
