Reservations with under 3

Do you count an infant or two year old in the number of people for a reservation? I would normally, but I wasn't sure how it worked at Disney World because they aren't on the dining plan. Thanks!

Yes. If they're a person, they need to be included.

Has nothing to do with the dining plan, but table sizes, occupancy limits, and that sort of stuff.

Absolutely! Every person needs to be included because of fire and safety code requirements.
