Fish Fry

We are wanting to go to the Fish Fry in the Bahamas. Any idea how much a cab would cost? Thanks

If I remember correctly, it cost us about $9.00 (this was just in October). The cab drivers are willing to negotiate though, so you can probably get it cheaper.

The fish fry restaurants are great! Highly recommend the cracked conch with a side of plantains. (Although it isn't the most calorie-conscious meal around).

Thank you, was it worth the trip? I read that there were several good places to eat seafood, places that the locals like??

Per person or per trip?

Any little stands near the port in Nassau? Perhaps in the straw market? I was not planning on going into town but would make a quick dash for a couple orders of conch fritters.
