Where to find room balance on website?

I have been trying to locate where my room balance is on the Disney website. Does anyone know where it is? It is not under "my reservations". Also, the phones seem to be experiencing problems-you don't even have an option to wait for an agent. leaving soon for trip and need to know balance!!!!

The website has been really screwy. You can try inputting your reservation number under 'my reservations' and see if it pops up with details for you. Most people can't get their reservations to pull up.

The phone booking system has been off and on all day. Hopefully tomorrow they'll be back up, but if the website isn't working for you the only way (besides going through old emails) would be to call and ask.
