She was today.
But who can blame her.

She was shaking her head a bit and rolling her eyes.
I saw a smirk once ( almost like I know you are lying and YOU know you are lying).

But the one wearing orange, she was damn right scary looking today.
If someone is gonna snap and loose it, it will be her.

Let's hope she gets caught in another lie for the jury to see.
Dave Hall, Travis' friend, was on JVM. Synopsis of what he said...

He's infuriated listening to Jodi testify. The first version was that she wasn't there. Then when they told her she was there, the Ninjas were there and the only injury she had was that the Ninjas cut her ring finger, then 12 hours after she butchers Travis she shows up in Utah to hang out with him and his friends and she's got that same left ring finger bandaged, and then she tells the court today that Travis broke that finger. She's got 10 fingers, and "I find it very suspicious that the ONE FINGER on your left hand kept getting injured by everybody out there." He thinks Travis did injure that finger, but she's got the timeline wrong...it was injured trying to protect himself.

Ack...the channel just changed. I must be recording two shows. Oh well...you get the gist of it!

She is a piece of work.
I guess she forgot about the finger BS she told Det. Flores.

Prosecutor can't wait. He probably has all his questions typed and ready to go. He will bring out the most important details. He doesn't want to bring up points that won't be beneficial. He wants to keep the jury on track of what Jodi did to him.

Ugh. I thought testimony was over for the day when I went to pick up kids only to find out that it wasn't! So much was missed, thank goodness for court tv in the morning. Has anybody watched 48hours on this case? It was so amusing at the end when it said the case wil go to court in 2010. Oops, what's a few years? Jodi was so smug in the video. Also, two of the siblings were interviewed but I can't tell which sister is which. Where are the other three siblings? The parents and grandparents are dead but not sure on siblings?

No kidding.

They should slap on another ten years for her attempt to use that.

I'm here for another day of torture (oops, I mean testimony).

Beth Karas said earlier she thinks this will be Jodi's last day of direct testimony - let's all pray, shall we?

I hope so, but I think when she gets to the day she slaughtered Travis, she will breakdown and they will have to pull her off the stand. Watch, she's a drama queen. This will be dragged out for days.

OR, she will say she blacked out and has no memory. End of story.

Some parts of me hope she says she has no memory. I want the prosecutor to pounce on that and say, "Whaaaaat? No memory? You can remember dates you went on in 1998, and specific conversations you had 10 years ago, but you don't remember slaughtering someone in cold blood?"

That would be called dissociation and plays a part in Battered Woman Syndrome so don't be surprised if she does say she doesn't remember.

OMG!!! I bet Martinez brings out all those pictures for her to refresh her memory. The one with her foot and pants in the shot.

Thank you for the information - I had no idea! Sometimes during the testimony, I only half-listen to the experts - I get better info here anyway.
