Ugh, I see there's 2 more artworks by Jodi for sale on ebay. Ya know, despite her "innocent until proven guilty" status, I think it's just creepy to want anything from her.

Look at that Manson guy, he makes things all the time and the prison guards have to take them because tons of people want something by him. At least Jodi's art is decent and not creepy- but no thanks on supporting her in any way.

so an alleged family member now has possession of her art work...what did they do, smuggle it out of jail...??

I am skeptical of the entire thing and would have NO interest in getting any money to her or her family or anyone associated with her.
Maybe they can donate it to a battered womans place ...yeah didnt think so

I thought it was illegal to sell anything if you are in jail? Maybe the judge should get wind of this.....

The extent or strength of the Son of Sam law varies from state to state since the original law in New York was overturned in the Supreme Court some years ago, but the main point with Jodi Arias is she hasn't been found guilty yet. I know earlier this year her art was being sold on ebay by her family (now there are other family connected sellers) for her benefit and I don't mean to pay attorneys' fees either.

And yeah, John Wayne Gacy used to sell his self portraits (in clown make-up), too damn creepy knowing he had a special clown costume he would wear when he killed those boys.

On another note, thanks for the birthday wishes, my wife's making a new mussels recipe tonight, the one from Flying Fish!!

Sometimes I think I know way too much about serial killers.

Anyone read "The Stranger Beside Me" by Ann Rule? Now that's a creepy book.

They are not allowed to profit from their crime, so no tell all book from her if she is found guilty. Selling something that has nothing to do with their crime is allowed though.

I love Ann Rule and and am reading one of her books right now.

Can't wait till cross. I just wish that I could watch more then an hour or so of the trial everyday. I hate the fact that it starts so late in the day, since I'm in the east and then they break for a super long lunch. I leave work during their lunch time and there is no way I can watch that when I get home and get my 7 year old off the bus. I don't feel like explaining some of the stuff that is being said up there on that stand!
