I don't think the Dr in the article really has anything to offer, testimony-wise.

I don't know what he used Vaseline for and I don't want to, but to me that makes him seem kind of naive and not as experienced as Jodi.

I don't think as Esther has been identified. What the vaseline with esther means is anyone's guess. I'm not convinced he was any kind of virgin before Jodi. I don't think less of him b/c of that, but I'm not Mormon either.

I think if he wasn't so naive and rather nice, and he stopped thinking with his pants he would have gotten out of the relationship with Jodi. I think she was always in his face offering herself up and he never said no to the sex. Jodi thought that would work and he would stay with her and then the resentment just built and built when she knew he was done; and by then, her crazy was showing. So she wouldn't have been able to get any other nice Mormom men from that group.
Her whole life was involved with his...the friends, the church, the job. Travis had to go.

I wish he could have seen her for what she really was.

Since she admitted to the murder, if the jury does not give her the death penalty, does the judge decide the sentence? She will stay in prison, right? Or could she be acquitted of her charges?

For all we know, it was JODI who played up the little girl scenario, the porn star scenario, the tree scenario or the rape scenario. You know, there ARE women who are as kinky and/or sexual as men. We don't know who started it, which one of them might have gone along with it for the enjoyment of the other, or if they both found it to be equally stimulating. And quite honestly, I think they're making a big to do about nothing, that Jodi sounded like a 12 year old. She sounds like a 12 year old all the time, and if he blurted that out because that was his reference for "innocence" and they both got off on the idea of innocence lost, then . Doesn't make him a pedophile. If you find it disgusting, then they're both disgusting. Personally, I found their phone sex consensual, and none of anybody's business, until Jodi made it so.

Oh, no doubt, they're both pretty disgusting weak natured people, no reason for a murder, but I think this testimony including the phone call just allows the jury to see what may be the mitigating factors of this relationship. It's really gonna be up to each juror to decide that.

But just for the record, it was Travis who said Jodi sounded like a 12 year old girl and that it was hot, not the talking heads on TV or even her attorneys.

Oh lord, I can't even see her being acquitted, she's gonna be locked up, just depends on what they find her guilty of, 1st degree premeditated (which carries death penalty) or 2nd degree murder.

I agree. I've said all along that he was nuts for not staying away from her. And I also think that he was as kinky as she was. But she's said a lot of stuff that has no proof other than what she says, and she's a far cry from being honest. Her "spin" can make a lot of things sound different from what they actually were.

They were two consenting adults role playing. I believe Jodi turned him onto the idea of it. Jodi is not nor has ever been battered. The minute she killed him she knew if she admitted to it all this would come out. So now she has the hardest questions of her life to come yet.

One would think Id be used to the follow up appts...but it never leaves me....theres always that anxiety/scare factor ....

I feel like Im going thru Trial withdrawal
So curious as to how she will try and explain away ..so many things.....the list is really endless.
