Has anyone brought there own wedding decor to reduce the cost of a wishes wedding? Is that even allowed and if so how many personal items can you bring like lets say i wanted to bring my own wedding favors or table decor.

I am not sure about decor but you allowed to bring up to two favors. If you have more you need to assign somebody from your party to arrange it on the table.

That depends on where your reception is and what you mean by "decor". If your reception is inside the parks, virtually all decor has to be provided by disney. If it's outside the parks, you can usually provide things like centerpieces, and can sometimes have outside vendors for lighting and special chairs and such, which make it cheaper.
