I might watch the BCS Championship game, maybe. I don't really watch college football.

We watched two. DB is from Oklahoma so we watched the Heart of Dallas Bowl, Oklahoma State won by quite a but so he was happy.

And i'm from Michigan, so we watched the Outback Bowl as well. Not as good of an outcome there, but still a pretty good game.

I've been watching! We won our bowl game, even without a head coach.

I am also rooting against Notre Dame and I'll tell you why in two words: Brian Kelly.

I've watched them but I think it's time for a bowl shuffle or go to a straight playoff. Lots of mismatched teams because all conferences are not equal. Number 3 in the SEC is not the same as number 3 in the Mountain West. Also, as a fan whose alma mater played the same bowl for several years in a row because we were in the same final position at the end of the season, a shuffle would keep things fresh & the excitement for a bowl game high.

You are correct in the mismatched teams. It seems even more this year than most. We'll see how the 4-team "playoff" works in a couple of years.

I've watched some of them. I watched all of the Military Bowl because my husband went to SJSU and this is the first time they've ever been in the top 25. He was besides himself with excitement that they won - Go Spartans!

Can't wait for the NC game! Go Irish!

I've been watching them here and there. Rooting for the SEC whenever one of the teams is playing.

Looking forward to watching my Gators tonight!

Can't wait to see 'Bama kick some Irish ***.

That's because the SEC made up half of the top 10 (or close to it) and only one conference respresentative can be in a BCS game (not including the Championship game, which is why Florida is in the Sugar Bowl).

I thought theOutback game was really good, though I was pulling for Michigan.

I was too, but man did USC get screwed on that first down call (where they brought out the chains and it looked obvious the nose of the ball was 3-4" from the stick and the ref signaled "First Down").

Can you imagine how different the bowls would look if they didn't have that stupid rule? You could have make an argument for Georgia, LSU, and A&M all deserving spots in better bowls.

I too am rooting against Notre Dame for the same reason! I grew up in Cincinnati and am a lifelong UC fan!

I did happen to catch that part of that game. That was an amazingly bad call. Granted, it ended up not mattering, since the next play ended up being a fumble (on one heck of a hit), but how that ref looked at the chains and signaled First Down is incomprehensible.

But remember how many people complained when Alabama & Florida played for the National title?
