I've learned something important about myself. I alway try to do a trip report but find that within a few days, I've burned myself out at the parks and neglect updating my report.

So this time, I will upload some pictures I've captured without alot of dialogue.

I will start by saying that it was my DW's birthday yesterday and I wanted to give her something different this year so I booked a couple of nights at the Contemporary.

Potato Leek soup and Turkey sandwich from Be Our Guest restaurant. Yum:

Today's wait time for "It's a Small World":

But it's 80 minutes at "Haunted Mansion":

Crowds ouch! We have been twice at holidays. Probably our best time was for New Years. Parks insane but we went in knowing rides were hit and miss but we actually got some days when me was not even close to a summer day. We went to dhs New Year's Eve and had a blast. We are planning in doing it again next year. The crowds are crazy and that is why is suggest first timers never go at Christmas, spring break, thanksgiving or July 4th. I remember walking into mk 4 days before Christmas and saying wow we made a mistake! Then it started snowing (bubbles of course) but looked like snow and Christmas music and weight off my shoulders was incredible. Thanks for the pics and show more!

One of the things that makes the crowds bearable is the Mickey's "Once Upon a Christmas Time" parade:

Thanks for the nice report! Post more, as a photographer I like reports that are photo-heavy and word-light.

Who needs Haunted Mansion when there is a 75 minute wait for Small World, *that's* scary!

We checked out of the Contemporary and headed over to check in at Boardwalk. While waiting for the room to be readied, we took a drive to the Theme Park Connection.

Some of you may remember seeing this vessel in the gift/clothing shop at the Yacht Club. I have no real use for it but made an offer to take it off their hands. We're about $3000.00 apart.

Ah! It feels good to be home again.

A little night time treat from our balcony.
