Amtrak - refund policy on tickets?

I'm thinking of booking Amtrak for our two upcoming 2013 Orlando trips. I've read through the refund policy for the tickets and I still don't know exactly if they are refundable. They are regular tickets - just with AAA discount (not sale fares, etc.) - and for regular coach seats for one trip. The second trip would be the auto-train.

Anyone with info on this? I tried calling Amtrak and was on hold for 30+ minutes and finally hung up!

Seems pretty clear to me. If you buy a regular unreserved coach ticket (which is what you seem to be buying), your fee for a cash refund will be 10% of the ticket price, with a minimum fee of $5.00 and a maximum fee of $100. Or you can choose to keep the full value of the ticket in the form of a voucher, good for travel within a year.

It is a "reserved" ticket in coach - no sleeper.

I finally got through to Amtrak trying again this morning and they said both types of tickets are 100% refundable up to 24 hours before departure - no fees.
