I'm just wondering if the NON ALCOHOLIC drink of the day is covered or if it's an out of pocket expense. Thanks in advance!

You pay for the Drink of the Day, regardless if it's non-alcoholic or not. Any drinks served by the bars/lounges/poolside servers have a charge. The only "free" (included in fare) drinks are from the drink station on the pool deck and at meals.

Just to clarify -- the "no additional charge" drinks at meals are soda, basic coffee, tea, juices, milk. The lunch and dinner menus will have specialty drinks listed (alcoholic and smoothie) and those drinks DO have an additional charge.
