We've been to Disney with our 2 kids those ages many times, and I'd strongly recommend a resort with ease to get to MK (to get to AK you'll always have to take a bus or car, but for MK there are resorts where you can take the monorail, a boat, or walk -- these are easy ways to get around with strollers). CR, Poly, and GF are on the monorail and you can push your stroller right on and leave the sleeping kids alone to get to MK. If you were to take a bus, you'd need to get your kids out of the stroller, pack it up and fold it, and then carry it and your sleeping kids on the bus. From CR, you can walk to MK in 10 minutes. If cost is an issue, price out the wing section at CR and also a standard room at WL (not on the monorail loop, but you can roll your stroller on the larger boat that goes to MK).
