some help on arrival???

hello disney experts, or mabye southern california experts... we are possibly making a quick weekend trip to the disneyland comming up shortly... 2 day passes, weekend madness, etc., etc., my question to you locals..? i have a choice of arriving either on friday morning at LAX @ 10:30 am, or i can choose Saturday at LAX @ 10:30 am..? my question is... what would be better traffic wise??? i realize california never stops.. so does it even make a difference..? saturday vs. friday due to the non-work day..? gonna visit family upon arrival, so we will be driving around quite a bit before our time at disney.. and they where no help saying it doesn't really make a difference friday or saturday as far as traffic goes... we are renting a car, and truthfully i havent driven in southern california in probably 10 years, as we have used cabs, or busses as of late... just looking for some advice folks... thanks again.

At that time in the morning they're right, it really doesn't matter. Traffic is about the same both days at 10:30am. Now, if it was before 9am I would definitely say Saturday but since your filght doesn't get in until 10:30am and you wouldn't realistically be out of LAX until closer to 11 or 11:30am traffic is pretty much the same both days.
