Polar Bear Swim...NO

Went 2 times in January. Last year was a cold but we were still in the water most of the day. We also went in November and March and it was warmer then but still great in Jnauary. A few years ago in January, it was amazing we basically sat in the shallow water with our kids for 8 hours.

Of course we are from Canada too and I used to surf in Nova Scotia in November (With a wet suit).

We were on CC on Jan 31st last year. BEAUTIFUL air temp, but water was still chilly. Did it stop us from swimming and snorkeling? Absolutely not! It was just cold at first. But then again, I'm from New England....used to swimming in cool water for most of the summer!!
Have a great cruise!!!!

The water was too cold for me in May. It was cloudy and rained a few times.

I was just there two days ago and the weather was perfect on Serenity Bay: sunny, high @ 82F, water was calm. The wind was more brisk on the family beach and the water was a tad choppy but it didn't slow anyone down from having fun!

We were at Daytona Beach on Saturday. Temps about the same as the Bahamas. Lots of people on the beach not many in the water. This Floridian could not even walk in the water it was too cold!!
