AoA suite or POR?!?
Well, we are officially Disney obsessed :-) We've been the last three years in October, and are contemplating a fourth trip in the fall of 2013. We've stayed at the Poly, POFQ and BC (in that order). Due to our budget, we are trying to decide between a finding Nemo suite or a room at POR in the AB section for our next trip.
Our girls will be 9, 7 and 4 next fall. I would like opinions from people who have stayed at both an AOA suite and a room at POR. I like the idea of the extra space at AoA, but POR has the boat to DTD and a more relaxed look. A list of pros and cons for both resorts would be appreciated! Which would you choose if in our situation? |

I have stayed at both POR and AoA (Lion King.) I'm assuming you would have 1 room at POR. If it were me, I would pick AoA. The suite provides more space and you would have 2 bathrooms.

I have stayed at POR, but only walked around at AoA. I prefer the look and feel of POR. That being said, I think the space at AoA would be nice with 3 children, as well as the second bathroom. There's no doubt the children would probably appreciate the decor at AoA much better too.

I really enjoyed how immersed you feel at AOA. The Little Mermaid room was really cool. The Big Blue pool was pretty cool too. I liked the underwater speakers. Here are some videos I took of the AOA resort:
