Just happy to know I am not the only one suffering with this new website. I am trying to make a payment online and I can't page keeps freezing up and to boot I called and now they are telling me I have a AAA reservation when I booked an AP rate online! Hoping to get this all resolved and straighten out TODAY!!

I'm REALLY internet savvy and I don't find this new site to be user-friendly at all. All I've really done is try to price some vacations out and check on some ADR possibilities and it seems like there's a lot of extra unnecessary steps/clicks involved.

Sometimes adding bells and whistles to a system that doesn't need it is a terrible idea.

Same thing happened to me yesterday! The new site finally caught up with me. We have a split stay booked and when it asked for me to migrate the ressies or however it worded it, both were there but I could only pick the radio button for one so I picked the first one then I couldn't figure out how to get back so I manually entered our second ressie and that came over too, albeit with a message that said it couldn't locate all the details

. Once both hotel reservations were there all my dining popped up correctly.

To say I was amazed is an understatement

. I took screen shots of everything and saved them in a PowerPoint because who knows if it'll stick! For now I'm just going to try to stay away from the site to the extent possible, hoping the dust settles soon.

Since this thread started in December people are complaining about getting hung up on the CREATE AN ACCOUNT page. Well it happened to me yesterday, and again today. I have had an account for YEARS and now cannot get past the error response on that page. I sent an email to online support, but not expecting much from that angle.

Can anyone give me a hint how to get thru the account page?

Still no way to pay an amount on your reservation.

CSRs say the same thing.......... they have to be hating life right now~

I heard that Disney outsources their IT work to somewhere overseas (India?). Anyways, that would explain all of the issues. My company tried that for about a year; we brought everything back in-house. I'm sure it all looked great on paper when that decision was made...

I went round and round in circles, trying to figure out how to make a payment on my existing reservation. I finally used the chat option and the CM was able to give me a link to the "old" payment area. You better believe I bookmarked that puppy! LOL

Sure. It was http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/. There's a little "Reminders" banner at the top. Clicking the outstanding balance reminder took me straight to the payment interface.

I've been able to make a reservation and have it appear in my account, but I hate that you can't search a span of dates and times. You have to individually go into each day and choose a time (which it searches a span of a few hours for,) but having to check every day of your stay, and multiple time frames for each day is really time consuming! If they were going to revamp things, why didn't they create an option to put in a span of dates and have it search any available times during those dates? Grr!

It would appear that different places also have different issues.... I used to have to access the reservations from the UK site by selecting the English - US option from the international pages drop-down menu, but that stopped working as the new site only offers spanish - US.

After several e-mails to disney where they offered various links, including the reservations one mentioned.... none of which worked, the reservations page doesn't recognise my booking reference..., they eventually just e-mailed me a list of my reservations.

As a final resort, I typed "My Disney Experience" into the search field and was able to get my resort and dining reservations up from this link....
