Heres a small tip for you. On Pirates night be sure to get to the buffet before the pirates dance party is over. They clean it up FAST. We waited while the kids danced around and had fun and missed it. It was actually in Cabanas and not out on deck.

If into spas, you can get a pass to the Rainforest area in Senses spa (sauna, steam room, heated lounges overlooking ocean, etc., etc.) for $148 for a couple -- this allows you unlimited access to those things for the full cruise within the normal operating hours of the spa (seems like it was 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., give or take half an hour on either side?). It is $99 for an individual if both don't want it. (I assume these prices are standard from cruise to cruise.) They told me that they only sell 40 of these per cruise, so without kids, you might be able to find time once or twice a day to go in and relax/enjoy. We had our kids and ended up not using it (impulse buy immediately after boarding ship and rearranging massages...thankfully, the spa staff was nice enough to let us trade it in for products -- better expensive oils/scrubs than nothing, I guess!).
The two and a half hour couples massage is also quite good, and without kids, there is no risk of getting a call on the Wave phone halfway through the treatment! It was supposedly sold out during pre-cruise online booking, but we were able to get one booked when we got on the ship. Apparently, with this sort of thing, they never know until right before the cruise exactly how many masseuses they will have on board, so the online booking appointments are conservative, but there are usually openings available after you get on the ship.

Go to the shows each evening. We sat at the top of the balcony and enjoyed them in casual wear before dinner.
Play the midship detective game. It is a good way to see different artwork around the ship and a fun game. Ride the AquaDuck! If you like the characters, go to the character meetings. Other adults do. Let go and don't be worried about what other people think of what you are doing. Trust me; you won't be the only ones!
