I can finally talk about it!!

I finally can talk about my husband's Christmas present!! I upgraded our reservation to the Concierge level! How many other people surprised someone with a cruise or upgrade this Christmas?! What is the rainfall room? Do cabanas cost money? What is the best spa service to get? I have so many questions!!

The rainforest room is like a relaxation area with different saunas and steam rooms, there are heated stone loungers and several different types of showers, the new ships have hot tubs with views on the ocean. Cabanas on the family beach are 499, on the adult beach I believe they are 399.

That's odd because we have always paid $499 for the family beach ones, that is for 6 guests, if you have more up to a max of 10 it is $50 extra per guest.

We surprised the kids this morning! Have had it booked since July. I almost slipped Sunday and was talking in the car coming home from my grandparents. Thankfully they were both distracted in their movie and book. We leave in 6 days!

We surprised DD9 this morning with our first Disney cruise, a 7 night Caribbean on the Fantasy, in February! She is so excited, and I am so glad she knows, I've almost spilled the beans several times in the last few days!

Giving it as a gift is so much fun. We surprise our daughter for her 9th birthday for a cruise on the Dream. Have a great time planning!!

Be careful with concierge as once you do it, you will be hooked.

Surprised my DD10 with March 9th Cruise on the Fantasy. I've had it booked since February and was sure I would let it slip. It's going to be a once in a life-time Mother Daughter cruise for us. We are both super excited.

So sorry you were disappointed! This was my big fear going into this. I kind of cheated the last couple weeks, and kept showing DD the DCL website, talking about the cruises and wishing we could go on one...when she said she wanted to go on the cruise, I'd say, "dream on!" Well, the hype worked for me, she was very excited!

we also surprised our dd 12 turning 13 on the Easter Fantasy cruise, she is totally psyched now and we even spent part of our Christmas day already making some FE gifts, she loved that idea. This will be our 3rd Disney cruise and she loves them!

Yes, I'm so glad not to keep the secret anymore since booking this in July!
