Woody and Buzz character meals

Is there a character meal with Woody and Buzz?

Also my ODD wants to eat at a 50's restaurant. Is there a QS place we could eat at? I know of the one in DHS but isn't that just TS? We are booked with all our TS credits but I might switch out Coral Reef w/ the the 50's restaurant b/c she really wants to eat there.

Woody and Buzz do not appear at any character meal. They are both easy to meet at MK, though - Buzz in Tomorrowland and Woody in Frontierland.

For 50's diner-style stuff, the best option to me would be Beaches and Cream over at the Beach Club. It's TS, doesn't take ADRs. But you can go in there for some insane ice cream treats without having to eat a whole meal... if that's your kind of thing.

50s Prime Time Cafe is not a diner - more like a series of kitchens from 1950s era homes. We like it well enough, and it has consistent food quality although service has its ups and downs.

The ABC Commissary at DHS has some architectural features which might remind one of typical mid-century decor - but I do NOT recommend actually eating there.

Unfortunately, no. This is the area where Disney lacks in the most, I think (capitalizing on Pixar - especially with as many princess meet and greets/character meals all over every park). I've been wanting them to do a Pixar meal for years and no luck.

You can meet Woody and Jessie in Frontierland (different locations - we've met them both by Splash and by the train station in different years), Buzz is at the exit of his ride in Tomorrowland and Buzz and Woody are across from Toy Story Midway Mania in HS (the only place where you can get a photo with those two together). Be warned - this character m&g can be a looooong wait!

WDW went so far as to issue a casting call for a Toy Story character meal destined for Hollywood and Vine. That plan was scrapped in favor of the characters from Disney's TV offerings aimed at preschoolers (what is now Disney Jr.)

So it's not something they haven't thought of before, they just decided not to do it.
