Praises to DCL

While on board the Magic this past week, my Mother in Law had a stroke.
We were leaving Costa Maya when it happened. Disney stepped up and helped our family in ways we could not have imagined. We were transported to a
small clinic in Chetumal Mexico which is 2 1/2 hours from Costa Maya.
Disney kept in contact and helped the rest of our family get to this town by providing a escort in the taxi. They helped us arrange the air fare for the rest of the family to get back in the states.
I have always loved Disney and this just confirms that they take care of their
guests. Thank you Disney for all you did for my family. We are forever
grateful. I hope no one ever has to be medically evacuated from the ship but
should this happen to you, please know that Disney will take excellent care
of you.

Thank you everyone. Unfortunately, my mother in law passed away
on 12-18-12. She was an amazing 83 year old woman.
She loved Disney and was so excited to be going on the cruise.
She lived her days to the fullest, including the last day !
On a beach in Mexico on the disney cruise ship. Sounds like the
perfect last day of life to me !!!
thanks again to Disney and to everyone for the words of encouragement.

Sorry for your loss. I told DH that's the way to go, but he pointed out it would ruin the cruise for the rest of the family.

You can't miss my DH. He's a big burly USMC redneck w/ a fanny pack and acting like a kid who can't wait for the next ride at WDW.
