We just booked this weekend directly with Disney for the June 8 2013 Fantasy. We did get the $25 OBC. So if we transfer to DU (or another), we will keep the $25 and possibly get more???

You will get to keep the $25. I don't think you will get as much OBC switching your ressie to DU as you would have had you booked with them to begin with but you will get some OBC. We are booked through DU and love them

Check out Costco Travel... If you're a member anyways... We just got a $300 post cruise gift card for our January cruise... Never had a problem with them in the past.... Sorry I've been a long time lurker but, today I felt compelled to answer...
