Studio @ BWV or BCV which one bigger?
Is there much of a difference in size of the studios at BWV and BCV?

Didn't think it would be as easy as it was to find the answer. BCV 356 sq. ft. BWV 412 sq. ft.
Now, since we have only been to Boardwalk, which would be the better one for two grand kids? |

They are both about the same. Nearly identical layout other than the door to the connecting one bedroom villa.

You can find the size of the rooms and other valuable info in the sticky at the top of one of the main DVC threads pages on this site called "DVC Resorce Center" http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2823609
The rooms at both are close to the same size.

The studios hold 4 so since it appears there's only three of you, there is room for your DW. She won't have a key card though. You could also add her on the room the day she arrives at the front desk, but if you have the Disney Dining Plan then I wouldn't add her on as a guest, because you would have to pay for the DDP for all of the dates of the reservation for her even though she's only there one night.

Oh-and I'd recommend BCV for when you take your grandchildren. For one thing, the availability of CS right there. When DS and his family stayed at BWV, he found it a little inconvenient to have to go outside onto the boardwalk to get a quick bite to bring back to the room. Also, right there (well, a few steps over in the BC) is what IMHO is one of the best character breakfasts in WDW. And the biggest reason is that you can get a No Way Jose Sundae even when it's raining, and you never have to get wet. "Nuff said?
