Current Refillable Mugs
What do the current refillable mugs look like. Does anyone have a picture?

I always wonder why people ask this question. It seems to get asked a lot, yet I can only think of one reason people would consistently ask this. Can somebody help me out?

With the attention these types of posts get here, I would just take my mugs and compare them when I got there if I was intending on doing this (though we never have and we go through 2-4 trips per mug cycle every year).
There's gotta be another reason people ask this question given the above. I just can't figure out what it is. |

I can give one reason. We sometimes add on a cash night at the start of our trip and transfer rooms the next day. If it works out for our plans, we get the dining plan the first night only and get the mugs if we do not have that design yet. It's not the only reason but it is at least a valid one.

I have to say that these responses to my simple question are condescending and presumptuous. Please don't make needless assumptions in order to make yourself look superior.

Otherwise, you have me pretty much assuming the "superior" above are correct and what you want is a way to "use my old mug for free" LOL! |

I personally clicked on this because I wanted to see a new design! I love collecting mugs, and I consider it a "souvenir" each trip. So, does this mean we don't get an answer?

Me too. I am hoping it's different than the one we got last time and am pretty irritated that no one bothered to answer the actual question.

I will answer why mugs are asked about if the person isn't planning to reuse an old one. I know WebmasterCricket already gave one, but I'll give another.
Because we stay in the villas, we have water and pop delivered. We do not need the mug since we get our drinks in the villa. However, I have a collection of mugs at home, and I like to buy the new design when it comes out. I have asked in the past so I know if I'll be buying a new mug or not. It is purely souvenir information for me. ![]() The link Deb posted shows that so far, the mugs are the same. I hope they change by January!

I would like to see a new design
I have so many cups from the dining plan that on our last trip when we switched rooms we did not pick up our new cup entittlement, just kept filling the one we got the first part of the trip. Can only take so many popcorn buckets and cups home when flying. ![]() ![]()

Our kitchen drawers are filled with refillable Disney mugs to the point where we can't close the drawers. Like many others we enjoy collecting the mugs and use them daily. We even like buying the new mugs! They cheer us up every time we use them. So to everyone who assumes the worst of people, asking a simple question, try giving people the benefit of the doubt. This world has too many bullies and not enough people willing to stand up to bullies.

I still have my mugs from ten years ago and my water park stickers on those mugs still work to this day.

They are still the "let the memories begin" mugs. They have Mickey and Minnie in a pool. The colors are black, hot pink, and turquoise. There might be other characters, too, I dont have my mug at the moment. I think it's definitely time for a new design. I still miss the mugs that were specific to each individual resort.
