Ummm GET not het!
OK loaded question I know but it is about as concise as I can get! We will be at WDW the 15-27 and I plan on getting her gift there as I really don't know what to get the woman who has everything! Can anyone spark my imagination as to what you'd like? I figure about $100 as I've paid for our trip including flights and meals etc. we will be hitting all the parks of course and DTD so if you know where to find what you suggest that would be awesome, too. PS: dole whips don't count

Is she going to be there with you? If so, how about a spa treatment at the GF or another spa on property?

I guess it depends on your Mom. I love Disney but I don't want to wear Disney or have it displayed in my home. So, clothes and knick knack stuff would be out for me. I'm not one much for soveneirs from Disney... So, it would depend on what your Mom likes.

While I'd love the spa day, I know she is doing hair and nails before we leave and (she's crazy) but wouldn't want a massage. I on the other hand may buy myself a gift
![]() She may wear some clothing with something small, but I don't see her carrying a D&B bag around as she prefers simple Coach ones. I thought maybe a necklace or charm for her pandora (though I know pandora doesn't make Disney charms) or a watch? Ugh seriously she has everything but deserves more than a magnet! Why is shopping for a parent so hard sometimes? |

What about one of the really nice scrapbook albums. That's what I've bought myself and my mother for Christmas. It's a great way to cherish all of those Disney vacation pictures. I also love the perfume in Epcot. Every time we go I say I'm going to purchase it and I never do. I'd love it if someone surprised me with a bottle of it. Hope you find something she'll love.

What about buying the photopass CD for her? Maybe a bottle of wine that she likes from one of the world countries? Would she enjoy one of the Disney tours? A behind the scenes tour? The Animal Kingdom jungle trek tour? Just some thoughts...

I love everything Disney, but here's a thought:
in the Mexico pavilion, you could get her one of the wooden Oaxacan carvings. They are really beautiful. Each of my daughters brought home a different animal, and I chose a little cross with pretty flowers carved in it that I now keep on my kitchen window. They come with a little card that explains the history of the carvings. It doesn't scream "Disney", but it's really a nice gift. As a mom, I can honestly say that anything you bring to her that made you think of her....will make her happy.

I agree with the Photopass CD. Maybe throw in an IOU for a framed picture of the family from among those you choose.
Or, if it's still being offered, do the dessert party. It was delightful!!! Last Christmas, my gift to my husband was Lunch with an Imagineer. He LOVED it!!!! It would be something nice the 2 of you could do together. http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/din...-an-imagineer/ Also, the one big thing I got myself at WDW in August was a watch. I can't find the exact one, but it's similar to this one: http://www.disneystore.com/two-tone-...05051/1000302/ Unless you look pretty carefully, you can't see that it's a Disney watch-- it looks like a dress watch. I got it on Main Street-- I forget the name of the shop, but it was on the right side as you approach the Castle.
