Spa Couples Pass for 7 day

Does anyone know the price of the "Spa Pass" for a 7-day on the Fantasy? My girlfriend and I are booked for a cruise in May , and I saw an old post about the pass being offered to 2-people in the same cabin. I would like to know current cost and if that is still available. Thanks!

You can't miss my DH. He's a big burly USMC redneck w/ a fanny pack and acting like a kid who can't wait for the next ride at WDW.

In March, 2012 a couples pass was $159. The single pass was $99. They also had an "enhanced" rainforest pass that included some scented body scrubs--it was more, but I don't remember how much. A couple is any 2 people; they do not have to be in the same stateroom. For example mother and adult daughter in separate rooms can purchase the couples pass--the spa can split the cost or put it all on one account.

My wife and I were on the Fantasy Nov. 10-17. We went to the spa the first day, and bought a couples 7-day pass for $149.00. I think, but am not sure, that the price was indicated to be a "special" that first day if you were there in person.

In June on the Fantasy, the 7 day pass was $149. In October a four day on the Dream was $129 for the "enhanced" & $99 for the standard pass.

Multi day and couples passes are only sold on board the ship--they cannot be purchased in advance. And don't believe the stories about how they only sell X and only a few are left. We only recently started hearing that on DCL, but we've heard it there now as well as on other lines. They have NEVER declined to take my money when I wanted to purchase a pass.

Note that a single pass is only a good value if you go every day. Miss one day and you would have been better with single day passes. Obviously, you can get better value with the couples pass. Also, depending on sales, they often offer 3, 4, and 5 day passes on 7 night cruises (single only). Again, not as much discount as a 7 day, but a better deal if you aren't going to use it each day.

For a man who's never been to the spa - what does the day pass (or week pass) entail? Obviously the treatments are an additional cost, but what amenities do you get access to with the day pass?

Thanks for the information on the cost most recently encountered. I am a Silver Castaway member and that news is exciting. I will have to do some research about what all it entails...if I spend some time on it. I will post back what I find out /and as much as I find out!

If you go to the regular DCL website and look under Adult Activities you find a section tab for that. Listed in the ALONE TIME treatments in the spa are many...but obviously no prices listed there. You may have to wait to see costs as you board your ship or contact DCL to find out what is included in the spa pass. My guess is all services available have price listing for it. Time does not allow me to search further today.

If you purchase single day passes ahead of time, can you buy 3 days of passes or only one day passes?

On the Fantasy last week we bought the couples pass for the week...best $150 (give or take a buck) that we spent. With the pass, there is unlimited use of the Rainforest area...4 specialty showers, three saunas, heated ceramic-tile loungers (I think that there were ten total) and two hot tubs with wonderful views. The locker rooms also have three showers with spa products for showering provided, robes, towels and items needed to get ready for the day/evening like hair dryers...there is also an additional sauna area as well as keyless lockers.

We were also told that they only sold a certain number of passes...the number given was forty. We used the area daily or twice daily...even popped in for a quick extra trip on a day or two...and it was never over crowded. Actually, we saw the same people over and over. I was skeptical about the limited sale, but think there may be some truth to it based on our experience. As for the one day pass, we were told by spa staff and other cruises that those one day passes were only available prior to boarding. And, unlike our spa experience on the Magic/Wonder that included a pass to the Rainforest on the day of your treatment, we were told that the pass was not included with treatments on the Fantasy.

To call is a spa pass is a misnomer. It is a pass to the rainforest--an area of steam rooms, specialty showers, and on the new ships hot tubs. You can purchase special scented scrubs for an extra fee. It is a lovely place to relax and enjoy your day although truly, I find that I use it more on cool days than warm.
